Flender ONE

Flender ONE is a new industrial gear platform. ONE is available for numerous of different applications. Many times in tailored solutions in order to increase the reliability and lower the operating costs. Flender calls this “Application Fit”. ONE is supplied with AIQ Core sensor for condition monitoring as standard. ONE has the same footprint as the predecessor FZG for easy retofitting.

Output torque up to 245.000 Nm
Input configuration with solid shaft or IEC adapter.
Housing for shaft, foot or flange mounting.
Options: ATEX, certificates, viton sealing, labyrith sealing, backstop, frame & swingbase, forced cooling, cooling coil, heater etc.
Also available in application/bransch specific executions ex. mixer, paper-, steel-, material handling and cement industry.
